Before purchasing tickets or booking services on MRM Creatives, please carefully review all booking details, including event information, dates, timings, and pricing.

Once a ticket or service booking has been successfully completed, MRM Creatives does not permit exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific event or service.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed
  • Incorrect bookings made by the user
  • Failure to attend the event or avail the service

In exceptional cases where a refund or cancellation is applicable (such as event cancellation by the organizer), the terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or through official notifications.
